This beautifully positioned cottage is quietly situated by the shores of Plockton Bay and from Ceann Loch there are truly stunning sea and mountain views, the perfect highland holiday location! Ceann Loch is a short walk from the main thoroughfare of the popular village of Plockton where excellent facilities are available including hotels, restaurants, lively bars with traditional Scottish music and a good selection of shops.

There is also a railway station for those visitors who want to leave the car at home and have a really relaxing break. The views from the cottage are outstanding, looking over towards Loch Carron and the pretty front garden has a picnic bench and is an ideal place to enjoy the fresco dining whilst appreciating the wonderful views over the bay with its many yachts and boats.

The cottage retains some traditional features such as the v-lined walls and the wooden flooring throughout which gives Ceann Loch a very cosy atmosphere and the standard of accommodation is extremely high. The large entrance hall is ideal for storing walking boots and coats after a day on the hill and just off the hall is the dining room with a large family sized dining table and chairs for those traditional nights in, an open fire and a dram in hand. The modern kitchen is very well equipped with washing machine, microwave, electric cooker, fridge/freezer ect and the comfortable lounge has TV and video, CD/radio player and a range of books, games and videos for all the family.

The bathroom is located on the ground floor and this comprises of a bath with electric shower, a WC and wash hand basin. On the upper floor there is a double room and a twin room both offering front facing views over the loch. This cottage is well furnished and equipped for a family of four or groups of friends. There is an ‘off peak’ electric heating system throughout and an electric water immersion heater. The first £10.00 electricity is included in the rental.
