This traditional stone croft house offers comfortable accommodation in the beautiful and dramatic scenery of the Trotternish area of the Island.
The house offers uninterrupted open views and is surrounded by green fields with sheep and cows grazing peacefully in them.
Trotternish boasts wonderful opportunities for hill walking being close to the famous Trotternish Ridge and the Quiraing and is also conveniently placed for the shopping facilties at Staffin, some 3 miles to the north and also the enhanced and very good facilities in the Island’s capital Portree which is 13 miles to the south. Within walking distance of the cottage is a local inn ‘Glenview’ which allows for dining out if so required.
The nicely presented accommodation benefits from an oil fired central heating system and has a well equipped kitchen which includes a electric cooker, fridge, washing machine and microwave with a freezer and dryer located in the front porch.
The dining room has a dining table and chairs for 4 persons as well as a high chair. The cosy lounge has an open fire and a TV and DVD player and DVDs, books and games are provided for your entertainment. Please note the first bucket of coal and logs will be provided for the open fire (available locally thereafter).
The bathroom is located on the ground floor and there is an over shower bath. On the upper floor there are two bedrooms, a double room and a twin room with an extra under bed and a travel cot is also provided.
