Kilbride House is a stunning holiday retreat with split level accommodation over 3 floors and offers superb panoramic views across the Minch with the hills of the Western Isles clearly visible in the distance. All rooms have lovely sea views.

This is a relatively new house and ideal for visitors who expect a high level of comfort and facilities. The accommodation provided has a spacious boot room/utility area with a cloakroom off. An impressive open plan kitchen/dining room superbly fitted out with every possible appliance and an extra large extended dining table which will seat up to 10 people.

Just off the dining area is a cosy snug style sitting room with comfy sofas to relax on after dinner. On the lower level of the house there are 3 bedrooms, 2 twin rooms and an adult size bunk bedded room as well as the main bathroom which has a shower over bath.

The top floor accommodates a spacious and comfortable main sitting room with floor to ceiling doors allowing for superb sea and mountain views. A TV is provided along with a selection of dvds. There is also a comprehensive selection of Cds and books. Just off the main sittingroom is the master bedroom which benefits from en-suite shower facilities. Some of the bedrooms also have a TV provided as does the kitchen. The house is heated by oil central heating and has a spacious gravel off road parking area to the side.

Totescore is a very pretty township in a real ‘get away from it all’ location offering complete seclusion and yet is very conveniently placed for the facilities of the pretty village of Uig just 2 miles away. The village of Uig is the ferry terminal for the Western Isles and is therefore very convenient for trips across the Minch.

The area boasts some of the most spectacular scenery this region has to offer with stunning coastal views across the Minch to the Western Isles from the rear and the 'prehistoric' landscape of the famous Trotternish Ridge. Trotternish is a walker’s paradise with a wide range of terrains, every turn presents a magnificent prospect of mountains, moorland, lochs and sea. Although the cottage accepts dogs, the garden is not enclosed and there is a working croft surrounding the cottage.

The capital of the Island, Portree is some 15 miles south of Uig and Portree is a bustling and thriving town offering high quality shopping and dining facilities.
