Keepers Cottage is situated in the friendly and pretty crofting township of Staffin, with beautiful views over to Staffin Island and to the famous Trotternish Ridge. Staffin is well known for its beautiful sandy beach which is only a five minute walk from Keepers Cottage.

Staffin also has two local shops and a community centre with internet café. There are two hotels located in the area both providing excellent ‘eating out’ opportunities. Staffin is located in an area of wild natural beauty and superb walks are close by.

Keepers Cottage has recently been refurbished to a high standard and offers excellent facilities and a high level of comfort. The entrance vestibule is spacious and has room for your walking boots and coats.

The lounge and kitchen is open plan with a cosy open fire, flat screen TV with ‘free view’ and books and games for you to enjoy at your leisure. The kitchen has all amenities such as electric cooker, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave and a lovely dinning table to seat 8 people.

There is a separate utility room which has a toilet and wash hand basin, washing machine and drying facilities. On the first floor there is a bathroom with WC, wash hand basin and bath with shower attachment. There is also another shower room with separate cubicle, WC and wash hand basin. There are two double rooms and two twin bunk rooms making the house suitable for up to 8 people.

The house has electric heating throughout (which is included in the rental price) and spacious off road parking.

(Please note that the house has two adjoining self contained chalets which are completely separate from the house and the connecting door is kept locked at all times).
