Recently refurbished the house has been designed for great comfort and ease. The main entrance leads through to the open plan kitchen/lounge/dining area which has a large range cooker, American style fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and all the other amenities you would expect.
There is dining table with seating for six.

The lounge has a flat screen TV with built-in surround sound cinema, ipod connection, a wood burning stove a large cosy sofa and arm chair. There is real limestone flooring throughout the ground floor and underfloor heating. There are also a selection of dvds, books and games for any quiet nights in.

The cottage benefits from free wifi connection.

The ground floor also boasts a double bedroom and a separate wet room.

The first floor benefits from a twin bedroom (with travel cot) and a separate children’s wash room and a second double bedroom (master bedroom) with en suite double bath with shower over, toilet and wash hand basin. There is gas central heating on the first floor.

The rear of the house is very private and ideal for appreciating the peace and tranquillity of the wonderful outdoors and surrounding scenery. It is also a good place for some alfresco dining! There is adequate on street parking space at the front of the property.

The village itself has a great reputation, with both the famous Stein Inn and the widely acclaimed Lochbay Seafood Restaurant only a few yards from your front door.
