This traditional detached stone house has an elevated location overlooking Loch Dunvegan and across to MacLeod’s Maidens and yet is very centrally located within the village and close to the excellent local services that Dunvegan has to offer.

Within easy walking distance you will find grocers shops, a bakers, hotels with lively bars, restaurants and a little further on is the world famous Dunvegan Castle with its pretty gardens. Very popular Boat Trips to see the Seals operate throughout the year and Dunvegan is also home to the white Coral Beaches, well worth a visit!

Easan Dubh is a perfect holiday retreat, somewhere to unwind and enjoy the views at the same time. A Conservatory to the front of the house provides a peaceful seating area to relax in while the comfortable lounge offers you TV with DVD play and a cosy electric fire for those cooler evenings.

The spacious dining room has a table and chairs to seat 8 persons and the kitchen has all the appliances you would expect of a quality home and these include a dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, fridge/freezer, microwave, coffee machine and electric cooker.

A bathroom with an electric shower completes the accommodation on the ground floor. The upper floor has 3 bedrooms, 2 double rooms and a family room with a small double bed and a single bed in it – all these rooms have en-suite shower rooms making life very easy!

The house benefits from an oil fired central heating system and all electric is included in the rental. There is parking on the road in front of it , however on the opposite side of the road is a large off road parking area ideal if there is more than one car.
