A neat driveway leads up to its elevated position with spacious car parking area to the side. There is a cosy sitting/dining room with comfortable suite and TV with Sky TV and Dvd player.

An electric fire provides not only warmth but a focal point. The kitchen is very well equipped with washer/dryer, fridge, freezer, electric cooker and microwave and the bathroom has an electric shower over the bath.

There is 1 single and 2 spacious double bedrooms.. Heating is via electric wall heaters and free standing heaters situated throughout the house.

Waternish is a very pretty crofting community and boast its own Inn and Seafood Restaurant. The nearby village of Dunvegan has a selection of shops and restaurants as well as being home to the famous Dunvegan Castle which is well worth a visit!

The capital town of Portree is some 23 miles away and offers all the facilities and services you would expect of a prosperous small town. Waternish is an excellent base for a holiday home and well placed for touring the island.
