We are a truly local company established in 2001 to take advantage of our ‘on the spot location’ and our in-depth local knowledge. For hundreds of years the Islands and Highlands have been a favourite tourist destination for visitors from all corners of the world and we are here, on the spot, to provide a service that can only be second to none!

The company is now under new management and the fresh team bring a vitality and enthusiasm to the business that will be appreciated by cottage owners and visitors alike. We are a team of 4 highly motivated individuals, Tracy, Pauline, Lorna and Emma all locals, and all able to speak knowledgeably about the area we work in. Whether you are a cottage owner living out with the area or a visitor coming to the area, we can offer that service that can be so vital in providing a stress free holiday letting business and a most enjoyable holiday.
Our office is located on a high profile main street site with an eye catching ‘Holiday Lets’ window display case, brightly lit at night and capturing the interest of all who pass by. Perhaps you are considering taking a holiday let next year, so call in for our brochure and a friendly chat or perhaps you are thinking of letting a cottage you have and are unsure as to how to proceed? Again call in, we are here, on the spot to help you!
The team
We have personally visited each property and so are familiar with the individual characteristics of them all. Our properties are large and small, new or old, comfortably furnished and welcoming. We are confident that all our cottages offer value for money for visitors to the Islands and Highlands. Properties are available for self catering holidays on a weekly basis from 4pm on Saturday your day of arrival to 10am on Saturday your day of departure (unless otherwise stated). Please note that dogs, where permitted, must be kept under control at all times – this is a rural area and the countryside is shared with crofters, sheep, cows and visitors alike!
